痔疮套扎术联合术后中药熏洗治疗痔疮103例

目的探讨痔疮套扎术联合术后中药熏洗治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法对2010年10月至2012年10月在我院治疗的200例痔疮病例进行回顾性分析,分成2组,对照组予以痔疮套扎术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药熏洗治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果情况。结果对照组的创口愈合时间为（9.4±1.8）d,平均住院时间（12.9±2.5）d,肛周水肿、疼痛和出血的发生率分别是8.2%、21.6%、7.2%;而观察组的创口愈合时间为（5.5±0.6）d,平均住院时间（8.9±1.7）d,肛周水肿、疼痛和出血的发生率分别是0、0.97%、1.9%;对照组的治愈率为59.7%,总好转率为88.60%;观察组的治愈率为77.7%,总好转率为97.1%,以上情况两组间有明显的差异性,P均〈0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论痔疮套扎术联合术后中药熏洗治疗痔疮临床效果显著,且具有安全性高,痛苦小,恢复快,降低术后并发症的优点。

Observation of the Comprehensive Effect for Hemorrhoids Ligation Combined Postoperative Herbal Fumigation in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

Objective To investigate the clinical effect for hemorrhoids ligafion combined postoperative herbal fumigation in the treatment of hemorrrhoids, Methods 200 patients treated for hemorrhoids in our hospital frown October 2010 to October 2012 were retrospective analyzed. They were divided into two groups,the control group was given the treatment of hemorrhoids ligation,and the observation group was taken with Chinese medicine Fumigation treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The woundl healing time in the control group was （9. 4 ±1.8） d,the average length of stay was （12. 9 ± 2. 5） d,pevianal edema,pain and bleeding incidence were 8. 2% ,21. 6% ,and 7. 2%.The wound healing time in the observation group was （5.5 ± 0. 6） d, the average length of stay was （8. 9 ± 1. 7） d,periaml perianal edema,pain and bleeding rates were 0.0.97% and 1. 9%. The cure rate was 59. 7% in the oontrol group,and the total improvment rate was 88. 60%. The cure rate of the observation group was 77. 7% ,the total impprovement rate was 97. 1% ,there was with a significant difference,p〈0. 05,there were statistically significance in the above situation between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect for hemorrhoids ligation combined with postoperative medicine fumigation in the treatment of hemorrhoids is signifi-cant,and with the advantages of high safety,less pain,quicker recovery and reducing postoperative complications.
