潍坊地区城市汉族青少年皮下脂肪厚度的调查

摘    要:①目的 了解山东省潍坊地区城市汉族青少年皮下脂肪发育现状及规律。②方法 对潍坊地区1274名(男649名、女625名)7~19岁城市汉族学生的身高、体质量以及肱三头肌位、肩胛下角位、髂前上棘位和腓肠肌位皮褶厚度进行了测量分析。③结果 皮褶厚度随年龄的变化而变化。女生皮褶厚度大于男生。男女生肱三头肌位皮褶厚度分别在17岁(13.2mm)和18岁(17.7mm)达到高峰;肩胛下角位、髂前上棘位皮褶厚度分别在16岁(13.7mm、13.5mm)和18岁(17.5mm、17.1mm)达到高峰;腓肠肌位皮褶厚度分别在13岁(19.5mm)和14岁(21.4mm)达到高峰。除腓肠肌位皮褶厚度外,其他3项皮褶厚度从10岁起开始出现性别差异。④结论 在生理因素的决定作用下,物质生活水平、体育锻炼等因素影响皮下脂肪的沉积和厚度。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the actuality and rule of the development of subcutaneous fat of Han nationality teenager in urban area of Weifang. Methods The skinfold of brachial triceps muscle, inferior angle of scapula, anterior superior iliac spine and gastrocnemius of 1 274 students, aged 7-19 years (male 649, female 625), were measured. Results The skinfold varied with age. The thickness of brachial triceps muscle reached its peak at 17 years old for boys(13.2 mm) and 18 years old for girls(17.7 mm). The peak skinfold of inferior angle of scapula and anterior superior iliac spine appeared at 16 year old boys(13.7 mm,13.5 mm) and 18 year old girls (17.5 mm,17.1 mm).The fat of the girls was thicker than that of the boys. The difference of skinfold between the sex was significant starting from 10 years old, except that of gastrocnemius. Conclusion Under the definite effect of physiological factors, standard of living and physical training influence the aggradation and thickness of subcutaneous fat.
