乳腺浸润性导管癌Ki-67表达及其临床病理学意义

目的 研究乳腺浸润性导管癌Ki-67表达及其临床病理学意义.方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌Ki-67的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系.结果 Ki-67指数与肿瘤的淋巴结转移及组织学分级有关,且随组织学分级的增高而增加;Ki-67指数与肿瘤的大小无关.结论 Ki-67是判断乳腺浸润性导管癌预后的重要指标之一;只有对影响预后的多因素进行综合分析,才能正确判断乳腺浸润性导管癌的预后.

Expression and clinicopathologic significance of Ki-67 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and clinieopathological significance of Ki-67 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was performed to examine the expression of Ki-67 in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Results The expression of Ki-67 was closely correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis and histologic grading, it increased with the increase of histological grading;but it was not correlated with tumor size. Conclusion These findings suggest that the detectoin of Ki-67 should be one of important factors in evaluating prognosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Only by analysis of many factors in evaluating prognosis, the prognosis can be correctly evaluated.
