影响慢性心力衰竭患者预后指标的研究进展

慢性心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病的终末阶段,它的发生和发展是一个复杂、连锁、动态的发展过程。一个世纪以来,从心肾学说、血流动力学学说、神经内分泌学说到心室重塑学说,人们对心力衰竭发病机制的认识越来越深刻。自从脑钠肽被成功、迅速应用于临床以来,涌现出许多新的生物标记物,被认为对心力衰竭进行危险分层、延缓病情进展、选择最佳治疗方案、改善患者的生活质量和提高生存率等有重要意义。现对近年来国内外对于影响慢性心力衰竭患者预后指标的研究新进展进行综述。

Research Progress in Indicators for Influencing Prognosis of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Chronic heart failure is the end-stage of various cardiovascular diseases, its occurrence and development is complex, continuous and constant process. During the last century, from the heart-kidney theory, hemodynamies theory and neuro- endocrine theory to the ventricular remodeling theory., the understanding of heart failure is more and more profound. Since the brain natriuretie peptide has been successfully and rapidly applied to clinics, lots of novel biomarkers were found and considered to be significanc, e to predict the prognosis of heart failure, slow the process of its development, choose the best treatment options, improve the quality of life of patients and improve survival rates. This paper reviews the studies of predictors for the prognosis of chronic heart failure published in recent years at home and abroad.
