沿海人群非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病危险因素的病例对照研究

为了解沿海地区人群中非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)的危险因素,对101例NIDDM患者进行了1:2配比病例对照研究.多因素条件Iogistic回归分析显示;糖尿病家族史、体重超重、高血压为该人群NIDDM的危险因素,OR值分别为3.922、2.391、3.162;喜食素食为保护性因素,其OR值为0.445.因素间的联合作用分析显示,当体重超重与非喜素食共存时,存在相乘模型变互作用;糖尿病家族史、体重超重、非喜素食共存者或体重超重、高血压、非喜素食共存者,为该人群的重点干预对象.

A Case - control Study on the Risk Factors of Non - insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus of Coastal Population

To understand the risk factors of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)of coastal population,a1:2 matched case-control study of 101 cases was conducted.The results of multi-variable conditional Logistic regression analysis of these factors showed that family history of diabetes,overw eight,hypertension were the risk factors of this population,their odds ratios(ORs) were 3.922,2.391 and 3.162 respectively;favor of vegetable diet was the protective factor,its OR was 0.445.The results of combined analysis of these factors showed that when overweight and unfavor of vegetable diet coexited,it showed the multiplicative model interaction;those who having family history of diabetes and over weight and unfavor of vegetable dietor those who had overweight and hypertension and unfavor of vegetable dietor those who had overweight and hypertension and unfavor of vegetable diet the key population for intervention of the disease.
