64层螺旋CT在急性阑尾炎的临床诊断价值分析

目的分析64层螺旋CT在急性阑尾炎的临床诊断价值。方法选取86例急性阑尾炎患者均进行64层螺旋CT平面扫描,观察分析取得的CT诊断结果。计算其诊断敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果急性阑尾炎不同位置分布比例中,盆腔位占23.61%,回肠后位为21.32%、回肠前位为20.23%、盲肠后位为17.96%、盲肠下位为16.85%;不同位置病理诊断化脓性阑尾炎表现率为52.31%,单纯性阑尾炎表现率为25.58%,坏疽、穿孔现象表现率为22.11%。其诊断敏感度为91.36%,特异度为92.59%,准确度为94.19%,阳性预测值为93.83%,阴性预测值为80.01%。结论采用64层螺旋CT能够快速诊断和显示急性阑尾炎早期的病理特点,准确率高,可为临床治疗方案提供有效数据,具有影像学应用价值。

Study the Value for 64-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis

Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of 64-slice CT in acute appendicitis.Methods 86 cases of clinical data of patients with acute appendicitis were treated all patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT scanning plane ,then observed CT diagnosis analysis.Results The positional distribution ratios are different from acute appendicitis, 23.61% with pelvic position, 21.32% with after the ileum position, 20.23% with before the ileum position, 17.96% with after the cecum position,16.85% with lower cecum position;different positions pathological diagnosis suppurative appendicitis was 52.31%,simple appendicitis rate of 25.58%,gangrene, perforation phenomenon performance ratio 22.11%;its diagnostic sensitivity was 91.36%, specificity was 92.59%, accuracy was 94.19%, positive predictive value was 93.83%, negative predictive values was 80.01%.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT could rapid diagnosis and show early acute appendicitis pathological features, high accuracy, could provide valid data for clinical treatment programs, having imaging application.
