松江区开展1+1+1签约服务的SWOT分析

在上海市社区卫生服务综合改革中出台的《关于本市全面推广家庭医生制度的指导意见》中要求家庭医生与居民之间通过签约服务关系的建立，落实基本卫生服务项目与综合、全程的健康管理服务，提高居民健康水平。本文运用SWOT分析法，分析松江区开展1+1+1签约服务的主要优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和挑战，需要发挥政府主导作用，加强部门协调沟通，敢于突破瓶颈，才能够把1+1+1签约服务落到实处。

SWOT analysis of 1+1+1 contracted service in Songjiang District

In the comprehensive reform of community health service in Shanghai, “the guidance on the comprehensive promotion of the family doctor system in this city” requires the establishment of the service relationship between family doctors and residents for implementation of the basic health service projects and the comprehensive and full of health management services to improve the health level of residents. This article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the main advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges that Songjiang District has carried out 1+1+1 contract services and proposes that the government needs to play a leading role, strengthen coordination and communication between various departments and dare to break the bottleneck so as to be able to implement 1+1+1 service contract.
