竹叶化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究竹叶的化学成分。方法Sephadex LH-20和制备型高效液相色谱(pHPLC)联用分离化合物,波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个化合物,经鉴定为对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅰ)、反式对羟基肉桂酸(trans-p-hydrox- ycinnamic acid,Ⅱ)、顺式对羟基肉桂酸(cis-p-hydroxycinnamic acid,Ⅲ)、4′,5,7,-三羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基黄酮(tricin,Ⅳ)、3,4-二羟基肉桂酸(3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid,Ⅴ)。结论以上5个化合物均为首次从竹叶中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Phyllostachys heterocycla.METHODS The seperation was performed on the silic gel CC,Sephadex LH-20 CC as well as preparative HPLC,and the constituents isolated were identified by spectral method.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the leaves of Phyllostachys heterocycla,and identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅰ),trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid(Ⅱ),cis-p-hydroxycinnamic acid(Ⅲ),tricin(Ⅳ)and 3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION All compounds above were isolated from the plant for the first time.
