通腑醒神胶囊对高血压性脑出血大鼠脑组织病理及超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨中药通腑醒神胶囊(由番泻叶、虎杖、人工牛黄粉等组成)治疗高血压性中、大量脑出血的作用机理。方法 观察该方法对双肾双夹法和注射胶原酶Ⅶ及肝素造成肾血管性高血压性脑出血模型大鼠的脑组织病理学、超微结构、脑通透性和脑组织含水量等指标的影响。结果 能 囊灌胃组大鼠在脑组织病理学、超微结构的损伤方面较模型对照组轻,在改善脑通透性和降低脑组织含水量等方面与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 该方可以改善脑出血后大鼠脑毛细血管通透性及减轻脑水肿,促进血肿吸收,减轻脑组织受压,改善微循环和脑组织供血供氧而达到保护脑组织、改善神经功能的目的,这是该方法治疗高血压性中、大量脑出血有效的可能有作用机理之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of Tongfu Xingshen Granule(TXG) for hypertensive middle_ and large_amount cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Rat models with renal vascular hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were established by occlusion of bilateral renal arteries and injection of collagenase and heparin,and then were allocated to TXG treatment group(Group A),mannitol treatment group(group B)and model control group (Group C).Indices such as brain pathomorphological features,ultrastructure,vascular permeability and water volume were observed. Results The above indices were improved in Group A as compared Group C(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion TXG can protect brain tissue and improve nervous function.Its possible mechanism is by reducing the permeability of cerebral capillaries and brain water volume,enhancing the absorption of hematoma,lowering the cerebral pressure,improving microcirculation and the supply of blood and oxygen.
