| 摘 要： | 应用平衡法核素心室造影(ERNV)相位分析测定了18例正常人和 60例心脏病人。通过判断振幅图(AM)、相位图(PH)和相位直方图定量数据分析。结果表明:相位分析可对冠心病心肌损害部位、范围和程度做出定性和定量诊断,尤其对心肌梗塞诊断的特异性可达100％。对冠心病和心肌病的鉴别诊断也有一定的价值。 |

| Abstract: | Phase analysis of the equilibrium radionuclide ventriculography (ERNV) was applied to 16 normal subjects and 60 patients with heart diseases. The amplitude images (AM). phase images (PH) and phase histogram analysis suggest that phase analysis is useful for quantitative and qualitative detection of the location, range and severity of myocardial lesions caused by coronary arterial diseases. The specificity of phase analysis for diagnosis of myocardial infarction is about 100%. In addition, this technique is also valuable in differentiation of coronary arterial diseases from cardiomyopathy. |
