中药快速胆囊,胆道造影剂在胆道系统超声显象诊断中的价值

中药快速胆囊、胆道造影剂能排出胃肠道气体干扰,改变声阻抗差异,促进肝细胞胆汁分泌, 使胆道系统充盈显示病变性质,提供了一种新的造影技术与方法,本文对576例胆道系统疾病患者应用中药快速胆囊、胆道造影剂与油煎鸡蛋脂餐法,在实时超声下及X线下进行观察、对比.结果表明:中药快速胆囊、胆道造影剂对胆囊检查符合率达92.6%.检查时间比脂餐法提高6倍,对于肝外胆管病变的显示与鉴别诊断,由过去的45%,提高至87.8%(P<0.01).应用此造影剂在实时超声显像监视穿刺的走向和位置起到定位向导作用,这种新的造影技术与方法简便、迅速、无痛苦、无创伤且安全.在胆道系统疾病的超声诊断与鉴别中具有较高的临床价值.

A Study on A Chinese Medicine of The Diagnosis of Biliary Ducts Ultrasound

A Chinese medicine-Rapiol Gallbladder and Biliarg Dacts Contrast Medium can prevent the gas of alimentary tract trom disturbing, alter the difference of acoastion inpedance. accelerate the secretion of hepatocytes , fill the biliary dacts to show the nature of pathological changes, which provide a new method for visualization. We contrasted this medicine with fat -meal on 576 patients with diseases of biliary ducts by the real-time ultrasound and X-ray. The results showed that the ratio of showing gallbladder is 92. 6%,and the period of examining is 6 times earlier than fat -meal and the ratio of showing of biliary ducts increased from 45% to 87. 8% (P<0. 01). We can use this medicine to morictor the panctare needle under real -time ultrasound. This new method is simple, rapid, painless harmless and safe. It is highly valuable in the ularasongraphic diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the . diseases of biliary ducts
