| 摘 要： | 高层次、高素质的中西医结合专业人才是中西医结合创新研究的主要力量。制定中西医结合高层次、高素质人才的内涵标准，探索良好的人才选拔与培养模式，发挥三级中西医结合医院的优势，建立若干中西医结合优势学科和中西医结合研究机构，将对高层次、高素质中西医结合人才的培养发挥积极的作用。
