低分子肝素治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效观察

①目的　探讨低分子肝素 (LMWH)治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效。②方法　 44例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为常规治疗对照组与观察组 ,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用LMWH 50 0U ,1次 / 1 2h ,腹部皮下注射 ,疗程为 1周。观察疼痛缓解 ,心电图改善及心肌酶恢复情况。③结果　缓解疼痛的疗效和血WBC、心肌酶CK恢复情况观察组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;心电图及心肌酶CKMB恢复情况两组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ,但观察组恢复程度较对照组显著。④结论　LMWH对于缓解急性心肌梗死患者疼痛及恢复心肌酶有一定疗效。

The effects of low molecular weight heparin on acute myocardial infraction

Objective To study the effects of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on Acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 44 cases of AMI were randomly divided into tow groups (A, B). Patients in group B were treated with LMWH 5000IU twice a day for 7 days in addition to conventional therapy and those in groups A were only given conventional therapy. The pain of AMI, electrocardiogram (ECG) and creatine kinase (CK)?CKMB were measured before and after treatment. Results Remission rate of AMI and WBC, CK in group B were higher than those of in group A (P<0.05); There was no difference in CKMB and ECG between the two groups (P>0.05). But the recoveries of group B were significant than those in group A. Conclusion LMWH can relieve the pain and the CK of AMI.
