| Abstract: | Objective To explore and analyze correlation between the characteristics of tennistus acoustics and the types of TCM syndrome.Method:Cases of subjective tinnitus were divided into deficiency-syndrome group and excess-syndrone group according to TCM differential diagnosis.The characterstics of the objective acoustics were examined and the patients were treated with Chinese medicine then.Results:The tinnitus frequency:The tinnitus frequency of excess-syndrome group is lower than that of deficiency-syndrome guoup(p<0.05).The tinnitus volume of excess-syndrome group is higher than that of deficiency-syndrome guoup(p<0.05).Conclusion:There was a significant correlation between frepuency and acoustic intensity above aural threshold and the types of TCM syndrome of deficiency and excess. |
