| 摘 要： | 通过对某部13所医院和疗养院专业技术干部的专业种类、职称、学历、年龄的调查分析,对目前医院存在着较为严惩的人才继层现象,专业技术干部普遍学历、职称、年龄偏低等现象,提出了针对性的解决办法。

| Abstract: | Investigation is made on the professional cadres' types, titles, education qualifications , age , etc in 13 military hospitals and sanatoriums. The results reveal that the vacancy of personals and the under-quality phenomenon are serious and common. In addition , the possible solutions are mentioned within the article. |
