老年女性乳腺癌215例临床及病理分析

[背景]探讨老年女性乳腺癌的临床病理特点.[病理报告]回顾性分析1997年10月—2003年1月间收治的绝经后老年女性乳腺癌215例的病理资料,患者平均年龄为64岁;平均病程为13个月,最长为4年;行经年限大于40年者为102例(47.4%);病理分期:Ⅱ,Ⅲ期为174例(80.9%);淋巴结转移者为141例(65.6%);病理分类:非特殊性浸润癌占67.4%;1,3年生存率分别为92.5%,79.4%.[讨论]老年女性乳腺癌病程长,病期晚;以浸润性非特殊性癌为主,淋巴结转移率较高,多见合并症和并发症;临床治疗以手术加内分泌治疗为主,预后较好.

The clinicopathologic study in 215 cases of the elderly women with breast cancer

BACKGROUND To observe clinicopathologic characteristics of breast cancer in the elderly women.CASE REPORTS It was retrospectively analyzed that clinicopathologic data in 215 cases of postmenopausal elderly women with breast cancer from October,1997 to January,2003 in our department.The mean age was 64 years old,mean course of disease was 13 months in which the longest course was 4 years.The menstruous age of 102 acses was more than 40 years old(47.4%).174 cases(80.1%) was in pathological stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ,141 cases(65.6%) had the lymphatic metastasis,and the pathological classification of non-specific infiltrating cancer was 67.4%.The 1 and 3 years survival rate was 92.5% and 79.4%,respectively.DISCUSSION The course of breast cancer in the postmenopausal elderly women is long,pathological stage is late.Most of cases is non-specific infiltrating cancer and high lymphatic metastatic rate and complication.The main therapeutic methods are operation with endocrine treatment that induce good prognosis.
