| 摘 要： | 大环内酯类抗生素在临床上应用非常广泛,不仅可用于细菌、非典型痛原体、分枝杆菌所致的呼吸系统、泌尿生殖系统、皮肤软组织等感染性疾病,且对某些非感染性疾病如弥漫性泛细支气管炎、特发性肺纤维化、支气管哮喘、胃肠动力障碍性疾病、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根除及动脉粥样硬化也有较好的作用. |

| Abstract: | Macrolides are widely used in clinic. They are used for the treatment of infectious diseases occurred in respiratory system, urogenital system, skin and soft tissue caused by bacteria, atypical pathogens and mycobacterium, they are also effective for some non-infective diseases according to the publications, such as diffuse panbronchiolitis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, bronchial asthma, gastrointestinal disorders, atherosclerosis and the eradication of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） . |
