鸟巢护理对早产儿体质量体温及并发症的影响

目的探索“鸟巢”护理对早产儿体质量、体温及并发症发生情况的影响。方法将236例早产儿按入院顺序的单双号随机分为两组各118例。对照组采用早产儿常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加用“鸟巢”，即在暖箱内加放“鸟巢”，让早产儿睡在预热的“鸟巢”内。结果观察组早产儿体质量增长快，降低了体温差，降低皮肤硬肿及破溃发生率，缩短了住院天数。与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论早产儿使用“鸟巢”后，体质量增长快，体温差缩小，皮肤硬肿及破溃发生率减少，缩短了，住院天数。

The Influence of "Bird Nest" Nursing on Premature Infants'' Weight, Temperature and Complications

Objective To explore the influence of ＂Bird Nest＂ Nursing on premature infants＇ weight, temperature and complications. Methods 236 premature infants were equally divided into two group in the odd or even number of their registration. The controls were treated with routine nursing, and the infants in the observation group were nursed with ＂Bird Nest＂ Nursing besides use of routine nursing： the bird nest was placed in the incubators so that the infants slept in the warmed ＂bird nest＂. Results In the observation group, the weights of infants went up quickly, the difference of temperature was reduced and the rate of sclerema neonatorum and ulceration were lowered and the duration for hospitalization was shortened, with significant differences from the control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion After use of ＂bird nest＂, the premature infant grow fast in weight, the difference of temperature can be reduced and the rate of sclerema neonatorum and ulceration lowered and the duration for hospitalization shortened.
