非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病危险因素的病例对照研究

目的探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的危险因素.方法于2000年2～5月在南昌市7家医院选择了100例符合诊断标准的Ⅱ型糖尿病病人,并在同一医院1:1配对选择了性别相同、年龄在±5岁、居住区域类似的非糖尿病病人作为对照,进行1:1配对病例对照研究.结果经单因素Logistic分析,结果表明:糖尿病组在家族史、高血压、肥胖、食用油及脂肪偏多、喜食肉类、喜食蛋类、喜食蔬菜等7个因素明显高于对照组.然后在单因素Logistic分析的基础上,再进行多因素条件Logistic回归分析,结果显示糖尿病组在家族史、高血压、食用油及脂肪偏多等3个因素明显高于对照组.结论家族史、高血压、食用油及脂肪偏多等因素可能是非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的危险因素.提示对该病的防治应采取综合措施,控制各种危险因素.

Case-control Study on Risk Factors of NIDDM

ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors of NIDDM.Methods100 NIDDM patients who corresponded to the standard of diagnosis were selected in seven hospitals of Nanchang city from Feburary to May in 2000,and NON-NIDDM patients as contrastin the same hospitials were selected with the ratio of 1B1 of same sex,difference within 5 years,similar residental districts,then a 1B1 matched case-control study was carried out.ResultsAfter being analysed by Logistic analysis of single factor,it showed that the NIDDM groups were evidently higher than the NON-NIDDM groups in family history,hyper tension,obesity,eating too plentiful fat,liking meats,liking eggs,liking vegetables,etc.Then Logistic regression analysis of many factors was conducted on basis of Logistic analysis of single factor.It showed the NIDDM groups were evidently hig her than NON-NIDDM groups in family history,hypertension,eating too plentiful fat.ConclusionFamily history,hyper tension,eating too plentiful fat were risk factors of NI DDM.Itindicated that prevention for NIDDM should execute sy nthetic methods and control all kinds of risk factors.
