| 摘 要： | 目的评价奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流感的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析口服奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流感患者的咽拭子病毒核酸阴转时间、退热时间、热程及发生的不良事件与奥司他韦的关系。结果口服奥司他韦后72h内咽拭子甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阴转;55例患者发热后的第1～6d使用奥司他韦治疗,退热时间无明显差异,但越早使用热程越短;重症病例使用奥司他韦后热程较未使用者平均缩短1.17d（P〈0.05）;使用奥司他韦抗病毒治疗患者中,5例发生不良事件,其中3例为不良反应,2例与奥司他韦无关。结论口服奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流感相对安全有效,宜早期使用。

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the effect and safety of oseltamivir on influenza A （H1N1）patients. Methods therresults of treatment of influenza A（H1N1）patients with oseltamivir were analyzed. Results Influenza A virus subtype H1N1 nucleotide was negative 72 hours after oral administration of oseltamivir. Fever in 55 cases of Oseltamivir group was cleared 1～6 Hours after teratment including 5 cases with adversary reations. Conciusion Oseltamivir is effective and safe on patients with influenza A（H1N1）infection. |
