弥漫性肺骨化症的研究现状

弥漫性肺骨化症(DPO)临床上十分罕见,常被误诊为肺部其他疾病。本病多继发于慢性肺部疾病,少数可为特发性。细胞组织损伤、炎症刺激、碱性环境、遗传易感性等多种因素共同参与其发病过程。影像学肺内发现弥漫分布粟粒状、分支状或珊瑚礁状钙化影应高度怀疑为本病,肺活检病理学检查肺内有成熟骨化灶是确诊本病的重要依据。

The Present Research Siuation of Diffuse Pulmonary Ossification

Diffuse pulmonary ossification(DPO)is a very rare disease in clinical,which is often misdiagnosed as other lung diseases.Recent studies indicate most of the cases are secondary to chronic lung disease,while a few can be idiopathic.Cell and tissue injury,inflammation stimulation,alkaline environment,genetic predisposition and other factors participate in the pathogenesis.Cases of miliary,branch-like or coral-like calcification found in lungs through imaging test should be highly suspected as the disease;path...
