| 摘 要： | 梗阻性黄疸是各种胆管疾病的共同结果。引起梗阻性黄疸的病因复杂,主要有胆管结石、肿瘤、炎症等原因。梗阻性黄疸的诊断主要靠影像检查技术。不同的影像学检查技术各有其优缺点。随着医学影像技术的发展,梗阻性黄疸的影像学检查技术也在不断地完善。现主要对梗阻性黄疸的主要病因以及近年来影像学检查的发展概况进行综述。 |
