山东省医学生网络成瘾现状及影响因素研究

目的 了解山东省医学生网络成瘾现状及其影响因素,为医学生网络成瘾的预防和干预提供对策建议.方法 采用分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取山东省4所本科院校1 009名医学生为研究对象,运用自编网络使用情况调查表和Young氏网络成瘾诊断量表对其进行匿名测评.结果 山东省医学生网络成瘾率为4.76%.网络成瘾组和非网络成瘾组在性别、学习成绩、月均网费、上网途径、是否玩网游、对网络色情的态度、浏览网站类型、上网目的几个方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).Logistic回归分析显示,玩网游(OR=6.451)、上网目的为购物(OR=4.275)、学习成绩差(OR=2.138)、男性(OR=1.927)为网络成瘾的危险因素,上网目的为娱乐(OR=0.466)、上网目的为浏览信息(OR=0.448)、用手机上网(OR=0.416)、主要浏览休闲娱乐网(OR=0.415)是网络成瘾的保护因素.结论 医学生网络成瘾状况需要引起重视,要根据其网络成瘾的影响因素,有重点、全方位、多层次地采取相应的防控措施.

Research on the Present Situation and Influencing Factors of Internet Addiction of Medical Students in Shandong Province

Objectives To learn about the status quo of internet addiction and its influencing factors of medical students in Shandong province,so as to provide suggestions for prevention of internet addiction.Methods 1 009 medical students from 4 universities in Shandong were selected by stratified random sampling.Anonymous survey was conducted with self-designed questionnaire about internet usage and Young Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionnaire(YDQ).Results The prevalence of internet addiction of medical students in Shandong Province was 4.76%.The differences between the group with internet addition and without in the aspect of gender,academic record,average monthly cost of internet,internet access,whether playing online game,attitude of internet pornography,types of websites,purpose of using the internet were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the main risk factors for internet addiction were playing online games(OR=6.451),online shopping(OR=4.275),unsound academic record(OR=2.138),being male(OR=1.927).Surfing for entertainment(OR=0.466),searching for information(OR=0.448),using a mobile phone as a access to the internet(OR=0.416),mainly browsing leisure entertainment websites(OR=0.415)were protective factors for internet addiction.Conclusions Attention needs to be paid to the internet addiction for medical students.Comprehensive and multi-level countermeasures should be made with focus according to the risk factors of internet addiction.
