社区中老年脑卒中后抑郁发生的相关危险因素研究

目的 为有效减少中老年脑卒中患者出现抑郁症状,对脑卒中后抑郁发生情况以及影响因素进行分析.方法 对某社区2011年9月—2014年11月期间521例经医院临床诊断为脑卒中的中老年患者进行观察,记录其近一年内出现抑郁的情况,并采用Logistic回归方程进行计算,探讨社区脑卒中抑郁情况的影响因素.结果 脑卒中患者抑郁发生率为24.0%(P>0.05);家庭月收入、性别、既往脑卒中史、高血脂史、高血压史、心脏病家族史与疾病发生有关(P<0.05).结论 中老年脑卒中患者有较高可能性出现脑卒中后抑郁,且家庭月收入、性别、既往脑卒中史、高血脂史、高血压史、心脏病家族史均是疾病发生的影响因素.

Research of the Risk Factors of Post-stroke Depression for Middle-aged and Elderly Pa-tients in the Community

Objectives To efficiently reduce the incidence rate of depression for middle-aged and elderly stroke pa-tients and analyze the influence factors of post-stroke depression.Methods 521 middle-aged and elderly stroke pa-tients treated from September 2011 to November 2014 in our community were selected.In the past one year,the inci-dence rate of depression was recorded.Through the Logistic regression equation,the influence factors of post-stroke depression were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of depression was 24.2%(P>0.05).The attack of depression was correlated with patient's monthly income,gender,history of stroke,history of hyperlipidemia,history of hyper-tension and family history of heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusions The middle-aged and elderly stroke patients are easy to get post-stroke depression.The influence factors of post-stroke depression include patient's monthly income, gender,history of stroke,history of hyperlipidemia,history of hypertension and family history of heart disease.
