| 摘 要： | microRNA(miRNA)是一类非编码小分子RNA,通过转录后机制抑制基因表达.其表达水平的异常和肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切.许多研究表明,异常表达的miRNA影响肾上腺皮质细胞的增殖、凋亡及功能,可作为良、恶性肾上腺皮质肿瘤的生物标志物.

| Abstract: | microRNAs(miRNA) are a class of small,noncoding RNAs that inhibited gene expression by post transcriptional mechanisms.The abnormal expression of miRNA have been closely associated with the tumor genesis and development.Many studies have indicated that the abnormal expression of miRNA,which can be used as biomarkers to determine the benign or malignant adrenocortical tumors,affected the proliferation,apoptosis and function of adrenal cells. |
