Community Resilience:A New Perspective on Public Health Emergency Management

The frequent outburst of various public health emergency in recent years worldwide has been posing great threat on the health and safety of people.How to deal with such emergency effectviely has become a hot topic.This article is based on the research of community resilience and defines its concept and meaning.It also applies the theory of community resilience to the countermeasures for public health emergency and provides theoretical basis for further evaluation of the ability of the community in dealing such emergency.It also puts forward relating suggestions for improving community resilience of disaster.
