| 摘 要： | 糖尿病前期是介于血糖代谢正常与糖尿病之间的一种糖代谢状态.糖尿病前期不仅增高卒中的发生和复发风险,而且也会影响卒中转归.糖尿病前期主要通过胰岛素抵抗、血脑屏障受损等引起缺血性卒中.非药物或药物干预可延缓糖尿病前期向糖尿病转化的进程,并降低卒中发病和复发风险. |

| Abstract: | Prediabetes is a glucose metabolism status between normal glucose metabolism and diabetes.It can not only increase the risks of occurrence and recurrence of stroke, but also affect stroke outcomes.Prediabetes causes ischemic stroke mainly through the insulin resistance and blood-brain barrier damage.Non-drug or drug intervention in patients with prediabetes can delay progression from prediabetes to diabetes and reduce the risks of occurrence and recurrence of stroke. |
