分级管理模式在压疮监控过程中的应用

目的：探讨分级管理模式对压疮监控效果的影响。方法：建立三级监控组织、明确各级职责、完善相关制度、标准及各种表格,规范监控程序,严格考核,对压疮实施预前控制、环节控制和终末控制。结果：院内难免压疮高危患者上报率增加,难免压疮发生率下降,压疮好转/治愈率明显提高。结论：分级管理模式对压疮监控效果良好。
