上海市卢湾区社区健康咨询点现况调查

目的了解上海市卢湾区社区健康咨询点的运行情况,为下一步咨询点的建设提供参考。方法通过对社区健康咨询点管理人员和社区居民的调查,了解咨询点的软硬件设置、运行情况及服务质量。结果在69个社区健康咨询点中,34个(49.3%)有专用房屋,48个(69.6%)配备有资料架,49个(71.1%)有免费资料;69个咨询点共有咨询员80人,其中在职人员占57.0%,医务人员占68.6%,14个咨询点无医务人员服务;61个(88.4%)咨询点每周提供1次服务,3个(4.3%)咨询点每周提供2次服务,2个(2.9%)咨询点每两周提供1次服务,每次服务半天;社区健康咨询点提供的主要服务为测量血压和发放资料,67.5%的调查居民经常到咨询点接受服务。结论卢湾区社区健康咨询点的发展受场所、经费和人员、服务利用率低下等制约,与社区卫生服务站功能融合将是今后发展的趋势。

Investigation on Community Health Counseling Spots in Luwan District,Shanghai City

OBJECTIVE To study community health counseling spots＇ operation,and to provide evidence for construction of community health counseling spots.METHOD By cross-sectional survey in different groups including community health counseling spot workers and community residents,there is collected of hardware and software facilities,operation,quality of service,and so on.RESULT A total of 69 community health counseling spots took part in this survey 34（49.3%）of them were special housing,48（69.6%） have reading frame and 49（71.1%）have free reading for community residents.There are 80 workers in 69 community health counseling spots,and 68.6% of them are medical workers,but 14 community health counseling spots are not medical workers for service.61（88.4%） spots provide services once a week,3（4.3%）spots provide services twice a week,2（2.9%）spots provide services once two week,and once service is less than four hours.67.5% community residents have enjoyed community health counseling spots services,including measuring blood pressure and getting free reading.CONCLUSION Development of community health counseling spots in Luwan District is limited by workplace,funding,workers and inefficient service.So the combination of its development and the function of community health service station well be the trend from now on.
