| 摘 要： | 目的分析安徽省性传播疾病（STD）的流行动态和流行病学特征,为制定有效的预防控制措施和合理分配有限的卫生资源提供科学依据。方法对全省2003～2007年法定报告性病的病例报告资料进行流行病学分析。结果2003～2007年累计报告性病153411例,年均发病率为47.08/10万。疾病流行谱发生改变,梅毒构成比逐年增加。2003～2007年间男性性病报告病例数和发病率均高于女性,但男女性病病例的比例逐渐缩小;以20～49岁为高发年龄段,文化程度以中学文化程度为主。地区分布特点为经济发达、交通便利的城市发病率较高。结论安徽省性病发病总体稳中有降,性病的流行谱发生一定改变,疫情正在从高危人群向普通人群扩散。性病尤其梅毒依然是较严重的公共卫生问题,应广泛开展有效的干预活动,控制性病的流行蔓延。 |
