老年人食管异物65例临床分析

目的:探讨老年人食管异物的临床特点及治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析我科2000年1月至2010年12月收治的老年人食管异物患者65例的临床资料.结果:所有患者经食管镜检查,取出异物57例;推入胃内6例;1例经开胸取出;2例并发颈部脓肿,其中1例因大量出血转外院治疗.结论:尽早发现老年人食管异物并选择合适的麻醉及治疗方式可避免各种严重并发症的发生.

Clinical Analysis of 65 the Aged Patients with Esophageal Foreign Body

Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of the aged patient with esophageal foreign body. Method： The clinical data of 65 the aged patients with esophageal foreign body were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2000 to Dee 2010. Results： All the cases were examined by esophageal endoscopy, the foreign body were removed in 57 cases, pushed to the stomach 6 cases, removed by open-chest l case, complicated by neck abscess 2 cases and 1 case was turned to other hospital because of massive bleeding. Conclusion： Esophageal foreign body must be diagnosed as early as possible and selected the right anesthesia and treatment methods avoiding all sorts of serious complications.
