| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺炎患儿血浆乳酸水平与预后的相关性.方法:以2008年8月-2010年8月收治的普通肺炎和重症肺炎为对照组(n＝100)和观察组(n＝100),健康儿童为正常组(n＝50)比较其血浆乳酸.结果:急性期观察组血浆乳酸水平明显高于对照组 (P＜0.05),恢复期两组血浆乳酸水平无明显差异;血浆乳酸水平升高与病情严重度呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论:血浆乳酸水平的测定有助于早期、准确地判断肺炎患儿病情严重程度及转归. |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the correlation between the level of lactic acid and prognosis of pneumonia in children. Methods： 200 children with severe pneumonia （n= 100）, common pneumonia （n= 100） and healthy children （n=50）were selected as the control group,observation group and normal group from Aug 2008 to Aug 2010. The plasma lactic acid was compared. Results：In the acute phase, the level of plasma lactic acid in observe group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05. In the convalescent phase, the level of plasma lactic acid was no significant difference between the two groups.There was a positive correlation between the level of plasma lactic acid and the severity of the pneumonia（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The level of plasma lactic acid is helpful to judge the severity and the prognosis of children pneumonia early and exactly. |
