摘    要:目的:建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定不同厂家参麦注射液中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量.方法:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(19∶81),检测波长203 nm,流速1 mL· min-1,柱温30℃,进样量20 μL.结果:人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Re分别进样量在0.086~4.296 μg(r=0.999 9),0.050 ~2.480 μg(r =0.999 8)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;人参皂苷Rg1回收率为99.7% (RSD 1.11%),人参皂苷Re回收率为100.0% (RSD 1.32%).结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于参麦注射液的含量测定.
