应用平面导板加分裂簧矫正安氏二类一分类错

目的探讨平面导板加分裂簧对安氏二类一分类错患者的早期治疗效果。方法选择35例磨牙二类关系尖牙二类关系,下颌平面角均角或低角、下颌后缩的患者,用上颌平面导板加分裂簧矫正器进行早期矫治。结果Ⅰ期治疗结束后前牙覆覆盖达到基本正常,磨牙关系达到中性或中性偏远中,面型明显改善,颏部软组织增厚,颏唇沟深度减小,鼻唇角变大。结论改良平面导板矫治器有助于改善安氏二类一分类错侧貌外形,是一种安全有效的方法。

Flat bite plate and divisive spring for Angles II decision I

Objective To evaluate the early clinical outcomes of the flat bite plate and divisive spring to be used for the patient of Angles Ⅱ decision I. Methods Choose 35 patients whose tooth are class Ⅱ, canines class Ⅱ, mandibular plane angle is average angle/low angle and mandibular retrusion, Use flat bite plate and divisive spring for early treatment. Results after 1st stage treatment,anterior teeth overbite cover to reach the basic normal, molar relationship to neutral or neutral remote, surface is improved apparently, chin soft tissue thickening, mentolabial groove depth decreases, nasolabial angle change. Conclusion the improved flat bite plate appliance could improve the facial profile of the patients with Angles Ⅱ division I, is a kind of safe and effective method.
