临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗中的影响

目的:探讨临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析收治的90例急性心肌梗死患者,45例患者(观察组)按临床护理路径实施急救护理措施,45例(对照组)患者按常规实施急救护理措施。结果:观察组入院至溶栓治疗的时间、治疗成功率、出血发生率;院内心肌梗死再次复发率、住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用有利于急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗,缩短入院至溶栓治疗的时间,提高治疗成功率和降低复发率,缩短住院时间及降低医疗费用,提高护理满意度,可提高护理质量和工作效率,值得基层医院临床推广。

Clinical nursing path's influence on ami patients with thrombdytic treatments

Objective To probe the effects on acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients under thrombdytic treatment.Methods 90 cases of AMI patients admitted to our hospital during the past two years were divided into two groups,each group contained 45 individual cases.Patients in observe group were tendered with first aids treatment under clinical nursing paths.Those in control group were treated with routine first aids nursing ways.The period from being admitted to the hospital to the time thrombdytic treatment was provided and treatment success rate,hemorrhage occurrence rate,MI recurrence rate,patients expenses and nursing satisfaction rate were all compared between these two groups.Results Treatment period,success rate,hemorrhage occurrence rate,Mi recurrence rate,patients expenses and nursing satisfaction rates in observe group were much better than those in control group.(average P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path's application could shorten the hospital stay period for the AMI patients and improve their treatment success rate and lower the recurrence rate,and their treatment expenses.Nursing quality,effectiveness and sactisfationcould also be improved.It is recommended for all base hospitals on clinic.
