| 摘 要： | 目的观察血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的效果。方法选择20例尿毒症并伴有皮肤瘙痒的维持性血液透析患者,运用血液灌流(HP)串联血液透析(HD)的方法进行治疗。结果联合治疗后患者的甲状旁腺激素(PTH)降低(P<0.05),瘙痒症状明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论HP联合HD能有效地清除PTH,改善皮肤瘙痒症状。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect on the treatment of uremia pruritus by HP-HD(Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis).Methods: All of 20 cases with the symptoms of uremia pruritus were treated by means of HP-HD.Results: Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis could effectively eliminate PTH,alleviate the skin pruritus(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can improve the life and has great value in clinical application. |
