| 摘 要： | 目的：提高治疗灼口综合征的临床疗效。方法：采用维生素B1，B12穴位注射治疗35例灼口综合征（Burning mouth syndrome,BMS)患者，并以口服谷维素和复合维生素B治疗灼口综合征患者20例作为对照，结果：治疗组显效10例，有效23例，无效2例，总有效率达94．28％，对照组显效2例，有效7例，无效11例，总效率45％（P＜0．001），与对照组相比，疗效差异有显著性。结论：维生素B1，B12穴位注射治疗灼口综合征具有较好的疗效，且操作简便，经济实用，无明显副作用，又可重复治疗，可在临床上推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve treatment of Burning Mouth Syndrome(BMS). Methods:Acupoint injection of vitamin B 1 and B 12 was employed to treat 35 patients with BMS,while other 20 patients with BMS, as a control group, were treated with oral oryzanolum and vitamin B complex. Results: In the treatment group, a prominently effect was found in 10 cases, while effective in 23 and ineffective in 2 patients. The total effective rate was 94.28%. In contrast, in control group,2 cases showed prominently effective,7 effective, and 11 ineffective.The total effective rate was 45%( P <0.001).The difference was significant.Conclusion:Acupoint injection of Vitamin B1 and B12 used in BMS provides a effective,easy to operate, lower price, and aside free therapy which can be used widely in the treatment. |
