| 摘 要： | 采用浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳进行心内直视手术16例,其中二尖瓣替换手术7例,二尖瓣替换加室缺修补1例,室缺修补1例,室缺术后残余漏修补1例,房缺修补2例,窦瘤破裂破入右房手术修补4例,16例病人手术满意,均顺利康复,痊愈出院。并就体外循环中的技术措施和注意事项进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | From Dec. 1995 to June 1996, 16 patients underwent open heart surgery under mild hy-pothermia cardiopulmonary bypass without cardioplegia. Of the 16 patients, 7 underwent mitral replacement, 1 mitral replacement and V. S. D. repair, 1 simply V. S. D. repair, 1 closure of residual shunt after V. S. U. repair, 2 A. S. D. repair, 4 surgical treatment for valsalva's aneurysme rupturing into right atrium. The re-sults of all operations were satisfactory. The surgical techniques of this method of cardiopulmonary bypass and some importants issues were discussed in this paper. |
