| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊内镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道断裂的临床疗效。方法应用8/9.8F输尿管硬镜内镜下一期尿道会师术治疗16例尿道断裂患者,总结其临床资料。结果15例内镜下手术成功,1例失败改行经耻骨上尿道会师术,成功率达94%。结论用硬性输尿管镜在直视下对尿道断裂行会师术操作简单,创伤小,术后恢复快,是一种安全有高效的方法。 |

Application of Ureteroscope in Treating the Urethral Disruption |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical efficacy of urethral reunion operation for treating urethral disruption. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the records of 16 cases with urethral disruption who received urethral reunion operation. Results 15 cases successed and 1 cases received open surgery after failure of urethral reunion operation,success rate was 94%. Conclusions The urethral reunion operation is effective for treating urethral disruption and may provide good clinical outcomes with less invasion and operation time. |
