老年性白内障人工晶体植入术后低视力原因分析

目的：分析老年性白内障患者人工晶体植入术后低视力的原因。方法：为老年性白内障154例、164眼植入人工晶体，观察术后视力恢复状况。结果：164眼中，16例（9．7％）发生术后低视力（视力＜0．3），其中2例（1．2％）视力低于0．05。导致术后低视力的原因有糖尿病视网膜病变4例，角膜斑翳、有青光眼手术史、高度近视各2例、视神经萎缩、黄斑变性、眼底出血各1例。手术并发症致低视力3例。结论：术后低视力主要与伴有眼病尤其是眼底病变、手术并发症有关，因此，要重视术前检查，以便估计术后情况，手术操作要细致，以减少并发症的发生。

The reasons leading to post-operative low vision after intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in senile cataract

Objective:To evaluate the reasons leading to postoperative low vision after IOL implantation in senile cataract.Methods:154 consecutive cases(164 eyes) with extraction of senile cataract and IOL implantation were analyzed.The period of follow-up ranged from 3 to 6 months.Results:Low vision of less than 0.3 was presented in 16 eyes (9.7%),2 eyes were lower than 0.05.The reasons leading to postoperative low vision included diabetic retinopathy,4 cases;corneal opacity,2 cases;former glaucomatous operation,2 cases;high myopia,2 cases;optic atrophy,l case;cystoid degeneration,1 case,fundus hemorrhage,1 case.The operative complications made low vision in 3 eyes.Conclusions:The postoperative low vision after extraction of senile cataract and IOL implantation is mainly related to eye diseases(especially fundus disease)and operative complications.So the outhors should examine the eye disease before operation and predict the level of reservation after operation.Operative procedure must be careful in order to reduce the operative complications.
