| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的手术方式及临床疗效。方法 :2 3例、2 5眼采用德国Storz公司生产的 0°鼻内窥镜和美国生产的Phototome激光机 ,直视下行鼻腔泪囊造孔术 ,上下泪小点植入硬膜外麻醉用硅胶导管 ,留置于中鼻道 2～ 2 5个月。结果 :随访 2 2例、2 3眼 6个月～ 2年 ,泪道通畅 ,炎症消退。结论 :该术式具有创伤小 ,面部不遗留瘢痕 ,操作简便等特点。术后随访是提高手术成功率的重要措施

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the surgical method and clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy in treating chronic dacrocystitis by nasal endoscopy.Method:23 cases(25 eyes) with dacryocystorhinostomy were operated by Germany storz nasal endoscopy and American Phototome laser and silicon tube was kept in upper and lower lacrimal canaliculi for about 2-2.5 months.Result:22 cases(23 eyes) were followed up.20 cases were successful and 2 cases were failed.One of the failures was repaired by lacrimal tube washing and the other was re-opened by endoscope.Conclusion:Nasal endoscopy dacryocystorhinostomy in treating chronic dacryocystitis is a simple and safe method,and postoperative follow-up is also important to enhance the chance of success. |
