摘    要:
为了快速检出水中的痢疾杆菌,我们以宋内氏痢疾杆菌为模型,采用金黄色葡萄球菌协同凝集试验作为检出方法,并与直接凝集试验,玻片固相抗体吸附免疫荧光技术和常规分离培养法进行了比较研究,对30份天然河塘水进行了应用检验。结果表明,协同凝集试验检出河塘水中的痢疾杆菌较常规培养法和直接凝集法敏感性高,检出阳性率高,方法简便快速,24h即可报告结果。协同凝集试验与玻片固相抗体吸附免疫荧光技术相配合,可提高结果的准确性。

Abstract:
Staphylococcus Aureus Co-Agglutination Test (SACAT) was used forrapid detection of Shigella in water. The results were compared with otherthree kinds of methods (i. e. Direct Agglutination (DA), Solid-Phase Antibo-dy Adsorption Immunofluorescent Technique (SPAIF) and routine culturemethod). The results demonstrated that: 1. SACAT show higher positive re-sults than routine culture method alld DA, 2. The percentage of agreementwas contented between SACAT and routine culture method, 3. SACAT issimpler, the results can be obtained in 24 hours. 4. SACAT is suitable todetect Shigella in water.
