| 摘 要： | 目的 研究克心精滴鼻剂对心肌缺血大鼠的影响。方法 对垂体后叶素及冰水应激法致心肌缺血大鼠作心电图、心肌酶、ＳＯＤ、ＭＤＡ及血液注这指标的观测。结果 克心痛滴鼻剂可改善心肌缺血大鼠心电图表现，降低ＬＤＨ、ＣＫ及ＭＤＡ的含量，升高ＳＯＤ含量，并改善血液流变学指标。结论克心痛滴鼻剂可改善心肌供血，防治心肌损伤，提高抗氧化能力，降低血液粘稠度，增加心肌血流量，从而起到防治冠心病心绞痛的作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of Kexintong(KXT) on myocardial ischemia rats. Methods:ECG,myocardial enzymes,SOD,MDA and indexes of hemorrheology of myocardial ischemia rats caused by pituitrin and ice water stress reaction were detected.Results:KXT improved ECG ischemic findings,decreased the contents of LDH,CK and MDA,increased SOD and improved indexes of hemorrheology.Conclusion:KXT can improve myocardial blood supply,protect myocardial injury,raise antioxidation ability,lower blood viscosity and increase myocardial volume of blood flow. |
