糖尿病患者游离甲状腺激素测定的意义

目的:探讨游离甲状腺激素与糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)病情、病程及并发症的关系。方法:选择2004年3月至2005年12月住院及门诊确诊的DM患者100例和健康体检者30例,按DM类型、病程、并发症等分组观察,采用放射免疫RIA测定血清游离甲状腺激素FT3、FT4含量。观察不同DM分组FT3、FT4含量变化特点。结果:DM组FT3、FT4低于健康体检组,1型DM低于2型DM(P<0.01);随着病程延长,FT3呈降低趋势,FT4差异无显著性(P>0.05);糖尿病肾病(DN)和酮症酸中毒(DKA)组FT3、FT4显著低于无并发症组(P<0.05)。结论:DM患者FT3、FT4存在不同程度的降低,FT3、FT4可作为判断DM病情、疗效观察和预后估计的指标。

Determination of Serum Free Thyroid Hormone in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the relationship between free thyroid hormone and state,course of diseases and complication of Diabetes Mellitus.Methods 100 cases of Diabetes Mellitus(DM)and 30 cases of normal individuals as control were selected and divided into groups according to the type,course of disease and complication.The concentrations of serum thyroid hormone(FT3,FT4)were detected by Radio immunoassay(RIA).Then the Variational trait of FT3 and FT4 were observed in different groups.Results The levels of FT3 and FT4 in Diabetes Mellitus were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01),and the levels of serum FT3 and FT4 in Type1 DM was lower than those in Type2 DM(P<0.01);With the course of disease prolonged,the level of serum FT3 showed a lower tendency,and FT4 had no significant change(P>0.05).The levels of serum FT3 and FT4 in Diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)and Diabetic nephropathy(DN)were significantly lower than those in non-complication group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of FT3 and FT4 in DM have decreased with different degree.The decreased levels of FT3 and FT4 in DM is a index of patients for the course of diseases,curative effect and prognosis.
