| 摘 要： | [目的]了解养老机构护理人员现状及其培训需求,为地方高校参与养老护理员队伍建设提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法,自行设计调查问卷对重庆市万州区36名养老机构护理人员进行现状调查。[结果]36名养老机构护理人员整体年龄偏大、学历低、职业资格培训覆盖面小、培训时间短;94.44%养老机构护理人员认为需要养老护理相关知识及技能的培训。[结论]养老机构护理人员整体素质较低、水平薄弱、知识层次结构不合理,不利于养老护理事业的健康发展,应加强规范化、专业化培训,提高培训覆盖率,以提升养老服务质量。
