糖尿病自我效能量表在糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者护理干预中的应用

目的:探讨糖尿病自我效能量表(DMSES)在糖尿病性骨质疏松症(DOP)患者中的应用效果。方法:2011年1月～2013年6月我院收治的50例DOP患者随机等分为对照组和试验组,试验组采用DMSES测评后根据测评结果制订针对性的护理干预措施,对照组实施常规护理不采用DMSES,1个月后采用DMSES和骨质疏松自我效能量表(OSES)分别对两组患者进行测评,并对评分结果进行比较。结果:1个月后试验组DMSES和OSES评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:采用DOP患者实施护理干预可以有效提高患者的自我效能,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

The application effect of diabetes self-efficacy scale in diabetic osteoporosis patients

To explore the application effect of diabetes self-efficacy scale in diabetic osteoporosis patients. Methods：Selected 50 cases of DOP patients as the research object,randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Experimental group accepted intervention measures based on dia-betes self-efficacy scale （ DMSES） ,but control group only received normal nursing. After a month,evaluated two groups of patients with DMSES and osteo-porosis self-efficacy scale （ OSES） ,and compared the results. Results：The scored of experimental group significantly higher than that of control group,two groups of statistics has obvious difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Having nursing intervention with diabetes self-efficacy scale for diabetic osteoporosis patients can effectively improve the patient′s self-efficacy and improve their quality of life,it is worth promoting in clinical.
