定坤汤联合敏使朗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效分析

目的观察定坤汤联合敏使朗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法随机选取106例门诊椎动脉型颈椎病患者,将106例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各53例。治疗组给予口服定坤汤、敏使朗,对照组给予口服敏使朗,分别观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状的变化。结果治疗组痊愈31例,显效11例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率为90.57%;对照组痊愈21例,显效8例,有效12例,无效12例,总有效率为77.36%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论定坤汤联合敏使朗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical curative effect of Ding-Kun Tang combined with Betahistine Mesilate tablets treatment of VACS

Objective To study the clinical effect of Ding-Kun Tang combined with Betahistine Mesilate tablets treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy（VACS）. Methods 106 cases clinic patients with cervical vertebral artery were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group,each with 53 cases.The treatment group received oral administration of Ding-Kun Tang and Betahistine Mesilate tablets.Control group was given oral Betahistine Mesilate tablets. Clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment. Results Treatment group cured 31 cases,11 cases were markedly improved,effective in 6 cases,and invalid in 5 cases. The total effective rate was 90.57%. For the control group cured 21 cases, 8 cases were markedly improved, effective in 12 cases, and invalid 12 cases. The total effective rate was 77.36%. The curative effect of these two groups is significantly different（P0.01）. Conclusion Ding-Kun Tang combined with Betahistine Mesilate tablets treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy shows better curative effect and is reliable.
