某热电厂建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

[目的]评价某热电厂职业病危害控制效果。[方法]通过现场调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测,分析职业病危害控制效果。[结果]工作场所中CO、NO、NO2、SO2、盐酸、氢氧化钠、氨、肼等毒物浓度均低于职业接触限值,粉尘合格率为79.1%,噪声合格率为70.6%,作业环境温度合格率为84.6%,工频电场合格率达100.0%。[结论]粉尘、噪声是该厂主要的职业病危害因素,应重点控制;该建设项目对职业病危害的控制措施基本可行和有效。

Effect Evaluation of Occupational Hazards Control in Construction Project of a Thermal Power Plant

[ Objective ] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a thermal power construction project. [ Methods ] The occupational hazard control effect was analyzed by a hybrid method of field investigation and test of occupational hazardous factors at workplace. [ Results ] The concentrations of CO, NO, NO2, S02, hydrochloric acid, sodihm hydroxide, ammonia and hydrazine in the workplace were lower than occupational exposure limits. The qualified rates of dust, noise, temperature of operating environment and power frequency electric field were 79.1%, 70.6%, 84.6%, and 100.0% respectively. [ Conclusion ] Dust and noise are main occupational hazards in this factory and should be the key items for further control. The control measures for this construction project are basically effective.
