| 摘 要： | 背景 ]观察A型肉毒毒素对原发性眼睑痉挛和面肌痉挛的治疗效果 .病例报告 ]多点局部注射A型肉毒毒素治疗原发性眼睑痉挛 2 6例及合并面肌痉挛的眼睑痉挛 13例 .结果 ,症状在 1～ 3d内缓解 ,5d内明显缓解 ,2个星期内缓解最明显 ,有效率为 10 0 % ,原发性眼睑痉挛的有效作用时间为 10～2 3周 ,平均 16周 .合并面肌痉挛的眼睑痉挛的平均有效作用时间为 14周 .讨论 ]局部注射A型肉毒毒素是治疗原发性眼睑痉挛和面肌痉挛的一种方法

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND*!To study the therapeutic effects of type A meatpoison toxin for idiopathic blephrospasm and that with face muscle spasm.*!CASE REPORT*!The type A meatpoison toxin was injected into orbicular muscle of eye, face muscle and chin muscle by multiple point in 26 cases of idiopathic blephrospasm patients and 13 case of blephrospasm with face muscle spasm.The symptom was respited after 1～3 days, much respite after 5 days, and much more respite after 2 weeks, and the effective rate was 100%.The effective time for idiopathic blephrospasm was 10～23 weeks, average 16.2 weeks and for idiopathic blephrospasm with face muscle spasm was average 14 weeks.*!DISCUSSION*!It is a method that region injection with type a meatpoison toxin to treat the idiopathic blephrospasm and face muscle spasm. |
