扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床观察

目的 观察扶正化瘀肢囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗乙肝病毒引起肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效.方法 选择100例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯,对照组单用阿德福韦酯,疗程均6个月,观察治疗前后患者的临床表现、肝功能、乙肝病毒基因定量(HBV-DNA)、肝纤维化指标.结果 治疗组在改善临床症状,恢复肝功能优于对照组(P＜0.05),HBV-DNA阴转无明显差异(P＞0.05),肝纤维化指标明显改善(P＜0.05).结论 扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化能有效地改善临床症状,恢复肝功能,使患者HBV-DNA阴转,提高生存率.

Clinical Observision of Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis Caused by Hepatitis B Virus Efficacy by Fuzhenghuayu Capsule and Adefovir Dipivoxil

Objective To observe Fuzhenghuayu capsule adefovir dipivoxil treatment of liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B virus efficacy.Methods 100 cases of liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated with Fuzhenghuayu capsule adefovir dipivoxil,the control group alone adefovir dipivoxil,are six-month course of treatment,observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical manifestations,liver function,hepatitis B virus gene quantification (HBV-DNA),liver fibrosis.Results The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms,liver function than the control group (P<0.05),HBV-DNA negative conversion was no significant difference (P>0.05),liver fibrosis improved significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion Fuzhenghuayu capsule adefovir dipivoxil treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,liver function,so that patients HBV-DNA negative conversion and improve survival.
